During the modernization, Vitalon has always been in the progress of aiming goals, such as “active organization, automatic production, scientific facilities and computerized management”. The reason is Vitalon believes: in 21st century of constant advancing of technology and upgrading of information, an enterprise’s actual capability can come into a full play only when it progresses along with the changing nature of the era to a sustainable growth. Moreover, in the process of fast changing era and constantly advancing technology, the progress of “mankind” is actually the root; especially under the premise that everyone is holding sufficient professional knowledge; therefore, capable of integrating the capacity and innovation generated from one person to another is the key to a corporate success. After all, with active and sophisticated organizational structure, Vitalon instantly responds the demand of a market in getting the action of corporate vitality.
Since 1986, Vitalon has been constantly conducting various types of computerized operation mechanisms for upgrading management, operation efficiency and quality.
In 1988, Vitalon relocated to Taichung Industrial Zone with a new plant of an area 9.80 acres. A new scientific and automatic production facility was built to upgrade the production capacity and quality.
In 1989, Food GMP initiative management system was promoted by the government where Vitalon was one of the first to have obtained the Food GMP in the country in compliance with the Government’s policy.
August 1999, ISO9002 Certification was awarded to Vitalon.
January 2002, ISO9001 Certification was awarded to Vitalon.
August 2003, HACCP System was conducted to the entire plant of Vitalon.
In 2004, ERP system was established to make information integration and accurate control. With this system, Vitalon has continually developed and established operation strategies and the systems such as B2B for upgrading the company operation management to a higher standard.
